Eve Georgiou was born in London, England of Greek Cypriot parents. Eve has owned Discover The Region since February 2004. The publication was originally known as Discover Dayton, and was transformed under her leadership to include 12 counties surrounding Dayton, becoming known as Discover The Dayton Region. Eve has also successfully launched the 2nd publication in the now trinity, Discover the NorthEast Ohio Region.

Eve has over 20 years of experience in the radio business and in the telecommunications industry.  She has successfully served and delivered in her roles in multiple countries, USA, GB, & Cyprus.  Eve has an extensive background in international account management.

Eve resides in Huber Heights, Ohio with her partner (of 12 years) and has 3 daughters & 3 granddaughters, all of whom reside in Champaign County, Ohio.

Eve's idea was to broaden the publication first by partnering with the Dayton Development Coalition, to assist the growth of the publication by making it a resource for the coalition to use in its recruitment practices for the area, and then by developing the publication to include future regions.  Eve has successfully turned Discover Dayton into two Ohio Publications, Discover The Dayton Region, as well as Discover The Northeast Ohio Region.  As a close friend to Jodie Wilson she relied on her experience in public relations to turn the online presence into a true powerhouse.  She also wanted to bring the publication to regions such as Arizona and helped facilitate its future growth to the Phoenix region by enlisting Jodie's help.

Eve is a truely phenomenal woman and has been interviewed and published by the major powerhouse magazines such as Forbes.  Eve is the standard that the individual regions aspire to uphold.  She is the reason Discover The Region exists today as a respected publication whose purpose is to enhance the economy of its respective region.

Steven Feaster

Steven is the Discover The Region liaison, to the technology companies, and the military industrial complex. Steven works in a wide capacity to optimize development of the Ohio regional job market, its growth and its potential. He also works closely with Project Directors, Department Directors and Software Architects to promote for the regions, a multi-year technology roadmap to the Ohio market's growth within the tech, and defense industries as well as the Military Industrial Complex.

Steven works to promote methods for sharing knowledge, tools, processes as well as source code between development teams. Periodically, he facilitates cooperative R&D projects that are of benefit to the entire Discover The Region organization. In addition, Steven serves as an independent advisor to management, and works to collaborate with, and optimize development across all facets of regional growth.  

Steven brings extensive life experience to Discover the Region.  Originally from Cleveland , he has traveled the state and the country in the entertainment and marketing industries.  His free time is devoted to family, friends and tending the grounds around his home in Huber Heights Ohio .

Jodie Wilson

Jodie Wilson is a native of Dayton, Ohio. Her earliest career was a receptionist in chiropractic and various doctor offices before switching over to medical billing and office managing for organizations such as St. Elizabeth Hospital, Workplace Health, and Heights Chiropractic.

In 1996, Jodie began working for Cargill Inc., the largest independently owned company in the world. She first served in customer service and quickly moved up to an Administrative Assistant in the Safety Department. During her time there she created an Ergonomics team and a Behavioral Based Safety Team for Cargill employees and received numerous recognitions including Cargill Volunteer Services in the Community and Cargill Employee Appreciation and Recognition.

Jodie is a very active volunteer community organizer and leader. She was an organizer of a fundraiser for 911 which raised $50,000, as well as being an active advocate for The JennaBears Foundation. She also currently serves in the 3000 Club as a food rescue volunteer and is a member of the the American Business Women’s Organization ABWA, and the Phoenix based green association, Eco-Monday (One of Arizona's predominant eco friendly groups).  She is a bone marrow donor and was a founding member of Surprise Professionals.

In 2005, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona to be with her sons and grandchildren. At that point, Jodie created her own business, DiscoverTheRegion.com, the online presence to Discover the Region and its associated publications, as testament to her leadership the website received over a million hits in its first six months under her leadership.  She created her role as Discover The Region's online facility to enhance the Ohio publications and nurture the future for the Phoenix Publication. Under her leadership she has helped a great many companies market themselves while under budget constraints.  As of January 2010, Jodie is now a founding producer of Discover the Phoenix Region Magazine as well serving in its flagship role as Executive Editor.

Rick Rome

Rick has been a recognized leader in the advertising and media industry since 1995.  Rick is a California native who has moved to Phoenix in the recent years as he speculates the great potential in the Phoenix market. Rick's experience as a publisher includes the launch of other magazines, particulary focusing on lifestyle publications.  As our Executive Creative Director he holds the final responsibility for all layout of the Phoenix publication and all of its associated materials.  Rick and Jodie spend most days together in strategy meetings to improve Discover The Phoenix Region Magazine as well as the general website for all regions.

Rick, having 15 years of experience to the world of print, advertising, publishing, has worked with some of the nations leading advertising agencies. He has personally been involved in the signing or servicing of clients such as Lockheed Martin, Stealth, Wescom, Airport Group International, TBI PLC London, Nokia, Ling Skin Care, Providence Medical Group, Aviara, Washguy International, TimeQuest, Glendale Airport, Diligence, MBE, National Endoscopy, CVAR, Ellen Croft Pilates, United Methodist Federal Credit Unions, VeriChip, The Spokane Women's Show, Great Western, The Redstone Real Estate Auction House, Homeland Security, Feeding Arizona, The 3000 Club, Charlie Sheen's-Sheen Kidz, Provincia, Vestige Luxury Auction House, Sales Women International, Profitime, Michelle Durnell of A New Impression (Who has been featured on The Tyra Banks Show), Kristy Leopard of KL Cosmetics (Also Featured on the Tyra Banks Show), as well as celebrity clients, successfully placed political candidates, major recording and film names.  This is but a small list of many others.  While residing in Los Angeles, CA, Rick was an annual requested speaker for Pepperdine University Alumni.
